After the Offer

There are three different scenarios which could occur after you make an offer. These include:

Scenario One

The seller accepts your offer and you move on to the next stage of the home buying process. 

Scenario Two 

The seller proposes a counter offer, which could be a higher price or different conditions. If you accept this counter offer you move on to the next stage of the home buying process. 

Scenario Three

The seller proposes a counter offer and you do not accept it because the cost is too high or you don't agree with the conditions. In this case your deposit is returned to you.
